Biography
Nancy Elvira Taylor was born on June 6, 1844, in Foscoe, Watauga County, North Carolina. Her parents were Jacob Taylor and Matilda Humphrey. She married John Riley Gragg in 1866. She passed March 12, 1925, in Newland, Avery County, North Carolina, at the age of 80, and was buried there.[1][2][3][4]
