Jane was born most likely in 1805 in Virginia. I looked the Belmont County, Ohio Census for 1820 and there was 18 families of Taylors. The 1850 Census says that Jane was born in Virginia. One family tree states she died in 1883 and most agree with 1888 in Marietta, Ohio.
JANE TAYLOR Abt. 1830 in Virginia. She was born 1798 in Virginia, and died 15 Apr 1888 in Marietta, Washington County, Ohio.[2]
