Biography
Edith was born about 14 Apr 1783, possibly in Windsor, VT. (Listed as "Edy Clarke" on her son Stillman's 1806 birth record, "Eda Clark" in the 1850 Census for Crown Point, NY, and "Eva Clark" in the 1860 Census for Lewis, NY.) She was the daughter of Jonas Taylor and Hannah (Blood) Taylor.
She married Abraham Clarke on 3 Jan 1804 in Springfield, VT.
She died on 11 Sep 1866 in Wadham's Mills, NY. Edith Taylor Clarke is buried next to her husband at Riverside Cemetery, Wadham's Mills, NY
