Ann (Taylor) Mallinson was born in Yorkshire, England.
Ann was born in Slaidburn, Yorkshire, England, in 1841. She was the daughter of Thomas Taylor and Ellen (Unknown). She was baptized on February 6, 1842 in Slaidburn.[1]
Ann married Thomas Mallinson in 1860.[2] The marriage was registered in the fourth quarter in Settle, Yorkshire. The couple would have at least nine children between 1861 and 1886. Ann and Thomas were enumerated in the 1861 census [3] residing at 7 Water Houses, Malham Moor, with one month old daughter Elizabeth.
Ann and Thomas relocated to Lancashire where they appear in the 1871 census [4] residing at 4 Crump Street, Liverpool. Five children at residence ages ten to three. In 1881, [5] the family was living at 1 Ct Brownlow Hill, in the Mount Pleasant district of Liverpool. Thomas passed away in 1900. Ann appears in the 1901 census [6] as a widow residing with children Sarah, Richard, and Annie at 67 Doncaster Street, Liverpool. Annie's husband William Campbell appears on following page. In 1911, [7] Ann was residing in the household of son Richard at 44 Howley street, Kirkdale (Registration District West Derby). Daughter Sarah also at residence.
Ann passed away in June, 1932.[8] Her death was registered in West Derby She was buried on June 18th in Liverpool at Anfield Cemetery. According to the register, her address at time of death was 44 Howley Street, Kirkdale. She was buried in Section 3 Grave 2243. She was ninety.
