Biography
Phillip Edward H. Taylor ws born on Aug. 13, 1855 to Philip Taylor and Joanna McGrew.[1]
Phillip died at the age of 5 years of whooping cough on Jun. 30, 1860 in Mechanicsville, Iowa. He is buried at Rose Hill Cemetery in Mechanicsville.[2]
