Biography

Bathsheba Taylor, daughter of Samuel Taylor and Eunice [Ryder] Taylor married Reuben Bean (1774-1861) of Gilmanton, New Hampshire.

Bathsheba and Reuben had thirteen children, all born at "Beans Corner" in Franklin County, Maine:

Sally Taylor Bean, born 1806; Samuel Bean, born 1809; Joshua Bean, born 1812; Elias Bean, born 1813; Leonard Arcutt Bean, born 1819; Sophia Bean, born 1820
