Charles was born in 1883, the son of Thomas Hart Taylor and Eliza Adair Monroe. [1][2]
Charles J. changed his name in 1900 to "Thomas H." He worked for the Louisville and Nashville Rail Road (L&NRR) and the Standard Oil Company in Cincinnati, Chicago, and New Orleans. [3]
He married on 26 Jun 1905 at Covington, Kentucky to Fern Thay Norris [4] and they had children: [5][6][7]
Marie Louise, b. 13 Oct 1915, [9] m. Samuel Herriott Elliott [10]
Thomas passed away in 1971 [11] and is buried at Frankfort Cemetery in Franklin County, Kentucky. [12]
