Commissioners Jonahthan Weaver, John Beeland, Joseph Winstead, William Batts, Stephen Taylor, Arthur Robbins, laid off widow's dower of 100 acres, to Sarah (Sally) Taylor, widow of John Taylor 23 Nov 1821. Also listed were commissioners Jonathan Barnes, Drury Williams, Jonathan Baly, Exum Moore, John R. Robbins, Burrel Barnes. Widow's dower was described as: beginning at an (?) Oak on the new road then west 200 poles to a small Post Oak in Cofield Dixon's line then along his line south 94 poles to a (?) in (Brand's) Branch then east 200 poles to a Black Oak a corner of the old survey then north 94 poles to the first station, containing 116 acres including the dwelling house and out buildings where the ec'd dwelt at the time of his death Edge.
