Robert G. Taylor (age 25) married Edna B. Noel (age 21) on 27 Jan 1945 in Columbiana, Ohio, United States.^[5] After marriage, they lived in Achor, Middleton Township, Columbiana, Ohio, United States. ^[6]

Obituary

NEGLEY - Robert G. Taylor, 68, of 51008 Richardson Ave. died at 5:10 am Sunday at Salem Community Hospital, where he was a patient for three weeks.

Born July 31, 1919, in New Waterford, he was a son of the late Joseph W. and Mayme C. Johnston Taylor.

He had lived in Negley since 1950, moving from New Waterford. He was a World War II veteran having served with the US Army in the Pacific Theatre. He had been employed for 35 years at the Crane Deming Co. of Salem in the parts department, retiring in 1981. He was of the Protestation Faith. Mr. Taylor was a member of VFW Post 4579 East Palestine and a life member of the Middleton Township Fish and Game Club.

He leaves his wife, Edna B. Noel Taylor, whom he married Jan 27, 1945.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Taylor; and two sisters, Emma M. Bell and Mary Hissom.^[8]
