Biography

Joseph was born in 1812. He passed away in 1856.

Sailed from Liverpool on the ship "Horizon" departing from Liverpool 25 May 1856 and arriving in Boston 30 Jun 1856.[1]

Joined the Edward Martin Company containing 575 individuals, 145 handcarts, and 8 wagons were in this company when it began its journey from the outfitting post at Iowa City, Iowa. According to church ordinance records it is likely he died October 8 en route to the Salt Lake Valley.
