Barbara Taylor Bowman is an American early childhood education expert/advocate, professor, and author.[1]
Barbara Taylor was born in 1928. She is the daughter of Robert Rochon Taylor and Laura Dorothy Vaughn Jennings.
She is the mother of government official Valerie Jarrett.[2]
