Henry Platt does not list a "Susannah Templeton" in PP V7.[1]Has anonye looked into this information? Interesting reading. Does her omission in this work prove that she is not a daughter? Gaulden-7 18:34, 5 September 2015 (EDT)

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Susannah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Susannah:
Hey people, I just stopped by to clean-up this profile from the various merges AND to remove the "Unsourced Profile" template I hope to get around to looking for some more sources as well.

Templeton-1875 and Templeton-434 appear to represent the same person because: amount of common information indicates they are the same person. Thanks Jack for your patience with me!
I propose that the validity of a match or merge should be based on:
1) Similar forenames- Susannah/ Susan
2) Simiiar birthdates-1822/1823
3) Identical husbands- William Elliot Byrd
4) Identical marriage date-1841
5) both mothers of Peter Byrd, sired via Wm. Elliot Byrd.

The rejection of a match of Templeton 1875 & Templeton-594 was based on Connections with MY Templeton (Templeton-134) Lineage rather than Susannah/Susans. My lineage) (as of Aug 2015) is neither genetically nor genealogically related to the Templetons of Hancock/Hawkins Co.s in TN.
There are three different Templeton genetic lineages - each descended from three different UK Indigenous Tribes (1) Scot, (2) Irish and (3) Briton. Templeton-134s line is Scot which has been documented via YDNA SNP tests as genetically descended from one of the Scot Highlands Pict tribes. Susannahs descent may or not be from the Scot lineage. I have been searching for at least 5 yrs for a male-male-male-etc descendant of Susannah/Susans dad, Absolom to define theur genetic lineage.

Templeton-1875 and Templeton-594 do not represent the same person because: I have tried to contact the profile manager of Templeton-594 and have gotten no response. He has not been on for nearly a year and the profile is public, which means "Anyone can view the full profile but only the trusted list can edit it". If it were an "Open" profile I would be OK with a merge if our info turns out to be a bit more comprehensive. I need to do a bit more research to be sure, but I think they are the same. So until the profile manager comes back I am keeping my Templeton-594 separate, so I can extend this family.
Apparently the Profile manager is not active and I am wondering if there is a way to be included in the Trusted List, or is there a way I can adopt this profile. I need this profile for others I have who are related. I am new and need some help!
