Ila Belle Templeton was born August 3, 1899 to Christopher Lee Templeton and Margaret Allen "Allie" Templeton. She married Tilman Palmer and they lived in Bordeaux, McCormick County, SC. She contracted Spanish Flu in 1919 and died from complications, Pneumonia, on February 18, 1919 - the date of her death from her death certificate. Her sister, Frances notes says it was February 3, 1919. Since Frances took care of Belle through the flu and her death, I wonder if it took a while for the death certificate to be given M. Gaulden.
