Finally, this woman was not a Thames before her marriage. Her LNAB should be changed to Unknown.
This woman is a conflation of the wife of Amos Timms and the wife of Thomas Thames - two different families genetically, DNA does not even get close to matching in these two men. The family tree used as a "source" is full of errors, it combines the families of Amos Timms and Thomas Thames into one single husband and wife couple, mixing up the children of the two families into one.

The tree on Ancestry is completely unsourced and is very much full of errors, combining the family of Amos Timms with the family of Thomas Thames and mixing all their children together into one family. Do not use that tree on ancestry as a source. There is much better research out there than that: https://www.acertainserenity.com - see The Big Book of the Thames Family History on this website.
