Biography

Robert was born sometime between 1771 and1780; on the 1840 census for Sumter District SC, he is listed in the age range of 60-69 years old.[1] He passed away in 1846.

In 1846, Rufus M Thames was the administrator of his father Robert Thames's estate, Sumter County (now Clarendon) SC[2]
