Emeline was married twice. She married 1) Nathaniel Wilder, the son of Nathaniel and Sarah Ann (Crittenden) Wilder on 20 August 1862 at York, Ontario.[1]They had six children, the first four at Ontario and the youngest two at Kansas City Missouri:

Nathaniel Wilder died on 6 July 1873 at North Gwillimbury, Canada.
Emeline married 2) David Henry Thompson, (14 Apr 1843-29 Sep 1919, Ontario), son of George and Arena "Rena" (Crittenden) Thompson on 11 October 1876 at Keswick, North Gwillimbury, Ontario, Canada.[10]David's occupation is listed as Laborer on the Marriage Record and his is 33 years of age. They had two sons born at Ontario:
Francis Oscar Thompson (b. 2 Jan 1879; d. 14 Nov 1919, Niagara Falls, Ontario)[11]m. 4 Dec 1901 at E. Gwillimbury, Ontario, Augusta Charlotte Pollard (1883-1932)[12]
Wesley David Thompson (b. 30 Jan 1886; d. 7 Aug 1953, Toronto) m. 20 Oct 1915 at Cedar Valley, Ontario, Mary Blanche Marshall (1891-1977)[13]
This was David's second marriage. He married 1) Elizabeth Jane Tuck (1843-1879) on 29 November 1865 at Inisfill, Simcoe, Ontario, Canada.[14]They had at least one child:
Maude Campbell Thompson (b. 1879; d. 26 Aug 1879, Simcoe, Ontario)
Elizabeth Jane (Tuck) Thompson died on 20 May 1879 at Oro, Simcoe, Ontario, Canada.
David Henry Thompson died on 29 September 1919 in his 75th year at Welland, Ontario.[15]He is buried in Thompson Cemetery, Oro-Medonte, Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada[16]

Emeline (Thomas) Thompson-Wilder died on 14 July 1903 in her 59th year at Ontario, and is buried in Baldwin Cemetery at Baldwin, York Regional Municipality, Ontario, Canada[17]
