Biography

Vera P Dodd was enumerated as wife of the head of household in Red Apple, Marshall County, Alabama for the June 6, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born November 1877 in Alabama and had been married one year. She was the mother of one child and that child was still living as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Norwood Dodd, daughter Myra Dodd and servant Sam Rowell.[1]

Vera Pulaski Thompson Dodd is buried at Mount Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery in Boaz, Marshall County, Alabama.[2]
