Biography
Michael Wayne Threatt, age 29, of 702 N. Broad St., died Saturday, June 4, in Greenville.
He was born in Greenwood and was the son of Michael David Threatt of Clinton and Pamela Cheeks of Clinton.
Michael was an employee with Verizon Wireless in Greenville and attended the Antioch Church in Clinton.
He is also survived by a daughter, Maya Alexzandra Threatt of Clinton; a brother, Charles Threatt of Clinton; two stepsisters, Karen Saltzman of Clinton and Sheila Craine of Mountville; grandfather, Odell Lambert of Clinton; grandmother, Ruby Rook of Clinton; and a special friend, Roderick D. Arnold of the home.
Funeral services will be conducted today at 2 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family received friends Sunday at the funeral home.
