Permelia was born 16 May 1830 to Benjamin Thomas and Elizabeth (Dial) THROWER.[1] By 1830, they were residing in Newton County, Georgia.[1] Permelia passed away on 20 July 1903.[1]
On 21 Dec. 1848, in Newton County, Georgia, Permelia became the bride of James F. Almand.[2]
