This had to be a different Edward Thurston because Thurston-128 was busy in Little Compton at the time, with: Mary, b. 6 May 1714.[5] Elisabeth, b. 24 Sep. 1719.[6] Ruth, b. 3 Oct. 1722.[7] Sarah, b. 14 Jul. 1725.[8] Hope, b. 8 Sep. 1727.[9]
Disconnected in Thurston-872 : Husband of Elizabeth Gardner Father of Edward Thurston, Abigail Thurston and Gardiner Thurston because this was a different family.

The merge needs further study because the children do not match, neither does the first wife. I adopted Thurston-872 because I am a direct descendant. Now I see that I a using Thurston-128 in my direct line. I do not recognize the first wife in this profile. Also the three children. David Urquhart do you have sources for the first wife and three children? If not, we can do the merge and straighten out the facts.
Thurston-872 and Thurston-128 appear to represent the same person because: The two Edward Thurstons have same or close dates, same locations, records support the three wives and children of each.
