Burton Tibbetts was born 30 May 1855 in London Township, Middlesex, Canada West. ^[1] He lived with his family in Blanshard, Perth, Ontario in 1881. ^[2] Burton Tibbetts and Ellenor Dinsmore married on March 3rd, 1886 in Ontario, Canada. ^[3] In 1900 they lived in Clark Town, South Dakota, USA. ^[4] Nellie died in 1904 without issue. In 1905, Burton married Ida Louise Stark 2 August 1905 in Algoma District, Algoma, Ontario, Canada ^[5] In 1910, they lived in Clark, Clark, South Dakota, USA. ^[6]

Burton died 7 Dec 1934 in Dade City, Pasco, Florida, USA. ^[7]
