Birth: 28 NOV 1697. Attleboro, Bristol, Massachusetts, USA
Note - There are Birth records in Bristol, RI for James, son of James and Bethia on same date [1][2][3]
Marriage Nov 11 1725 in Attleboro, Bristol, MA to Elizabeth Allen [4]
The above cited record states that James Tiffany married an Elizabeth Allen at Attleboro, Bristol, Massachusetts Bay. This has been interpreted as Elizabeth Allen, daughter of Increase Allen of Dartmouth. However, Elizabeth Allen, daughter of Increase, married George Smith, son of Deliverance Smith, on 30d 1m 1726 [30 Mar 1726].[5] It is likely that there are two contemporary Elizabeth Allens who have been conflated. The original source for the Family Search record should be located.
Death: OCT 1776 Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts, USA
