Counties were not introduced in the Province of New Hampshire until 1769.
Rockingham was identified in 1769 as one of five original counties for the colony. [1]

I would like to change the birth and death dates of Joseph Tilton. The Vital Records of Haverhill, MA show his birth as 9 March 1677. His death on his tombstone in Hampton shows 31 Aug 1742. I visited the cemetery in 1998 and took photos of the tombstones of Joseph and his wife Margaret.
