Judah Tinkham was born in 1718 in Smithfield, Providence, Rhode Island.
She married Jacob Benson on November 8, 1736 in Smithfield, Rhode Island.[1]
Together, they were the parents of Jacob Benson (1735-1817), Joseph Benson (1739-1803), William Benson (1740-1803), Samuel Benson (1745-1816), Thankful Benson (1752-1852), John Benson (1755-1800), and Hannah Benson (1755-1818). She passed away on November 8, 1756 in Smithfield, Providence, Rhode Island.
