Biography

George Tippetts has a daughter Dorcas, who married Samuel Berrian. The later generations of the Tippetts removed to Nova Scotia after the Revolution.

Mentions "Tract of land and meadow lately purchased of Elias Doughty, with house, barn and orchard. Value 100 pounds." Liber I. P. 135. Following entry gives: Louis Vittery of Yonkers Plantation. Intestate. Letters granted to wife Mehitabel, March 25, 1676. Liber I. P. 136. Page 5 of Westchester NY Wills. [2]
