Biography

When Absalom Tipton was born on 22 Oct 1774, in Baltimore, Maryland, his father, Thomas, was 23 and his mother, Elizabeth, was 18. He married Mary Ann (Polly) Boggs in 1800. She was born in 1780. They had nine children in 36 years. He died 31 Mar 1857 in Coshocton, Ohio, having lived 82 years.
