1782 Tax list of Nash County
Henry bequeaths one slave said to be given him by his father(slave named Jim, who wasn't permanently assigned in Renison's will but left with the widow for her life, along with three others, the other three being also permanently assigned), Henry bequeathed another (Hannah) that is actually mentioned in his father's will as being left to Henry.
Inventory of Henry Tisdale, deceased, was taken July 30, 1808. Included were 6 slaves, a bible and a prayer book.
Henry's division of estate is shown in Nash deed book 14 page 192 Aug. 16th 1811. There were five heirs: Nancy Oneal, Renison Tisdale, Joel Tisdale, Elisha Tisdale and Zada Tisdale.
