Religion: She was not raised in the Catholic Church. Converted when she married.

Named in her Father Elijah Todd's Will: The Daviess County Democrat, Washington, Indiana, Saturday, March 5, 1887, page 1: 

"ELIJAH TODD'S WILL.

The will of Elijah TODD has been probated. It was executed Jan. 24, 1887, and witnessed by William KENNEDY (whom it appointed executor) and Robert HUNTER. It requires that the executor pay the just debts of the deceased, and his daughter, Mary BURNETT, a reasonable sum for taking care of him during his last sickness, and directs that his real estate be divided among his son George W., daughters Mary A. BURNETT, and Elizabeth MARTIN, and Rebecca ABNER, and the children of his deceased daughter, Susan RANEY, reserving a spot of land containing 1/8 of an acre, as a burial place for himself and deceased wife."^[1]
