William Frederick "Will" Todd was born on September 20, 1879, in Willow Hill, Illinois, his father, John, was 26 and his mother, Nancy, was 21. He married Emma Etta Watts on June 19, 1901. They had six children in 13 years. William was Carpenter and a Machinist for car parts. He died on April 14, 1950, in Centralia, Illinois, at the age of 70, and was buried at Elmwood Cemetery next to his wife Etta in Centralia, Marion County, Illinois.
