Biography

Elizabeth was born on 20 Oct 1805 in the part of South Carolina that would soon become Anderson County. She was a daughter of Adam Todd and Mary Warnock.[1] On 10 Oct 1822, she married John J. McFall, and they continued to live in Anderson County.[2][3][4] The McFalls had nine children:

  1. Elizabeth Jane (1824-1898)
  2. Mary Ann Frances (1824-1903)
  3. Narcissa Caroline (1828-1917)
  4. John Andrew (1833-1861)
  5. Samuel Jenkins H. (1836-1862)
  6. William C. (1839-1884)
  7. Rachel Lucretia (1841-1918)
  8. James Madison (1843-1875)
  9. Waddy Thompson (1847-1905)

Elizabeth passed away on 8 Jul 1879 and was buried in First Baptist Cemetery, Anderson, Anderson County, South Carolina.[5]
