Biography
Betsey Sylinda Todd was born on July 17, 1836, in Rodman, New York, her father, John, was 26, and her mother, Nancy, was 21. She married Morgan D Packard on July 3, 1852, in Leoni, Michigan. They had two children during their marriage. She died on March 12, 1936, in Rochester, New York, at the age of 99, and was buried at Webster Rural Cemetery ( Plot: FS R21 G03) in Webster, Monroe, New York.
