Biography

Elbert Doyle "Buck" Todd was born on January 20, 1925, in Oklahoma, his father, Thomas, was 31 and his mother, Iva, was 25. He has five children with Cleo Reed and one children with Bernice L Bennett. He died on December 16, 2015, in Cleveland, Texas, at the age of 90, and was buried in Livingston, Texas.^[1]
