Biography

Died Death-Tolson, Benjamin. BET 30 JUN 1795 AND JUN 1798. Craven, North Carolina, United States of America. [1]

Benjamin's will names wife Elizabeth; daughters Charlotte, Elizabeth, Judia, and Hannah; and sons Asa, George, Benjamin, Daniel, and Frederick. Note in particular Daniel and Frederick proved to be brothers through the administration of Daniel's estate by Frederick's son James D.[2]

The widow Elizabeth died before 10 May 1824 when Daniel took a bond as administrator of her estate.[3]
