Biography

My family said that we were Dutch - with a female relative that was on my Grandfather's side who used to wear wooden shoes. I often wonder if Minerva was the person they were talking about. She is the only one who has identified herself as Dutch in one Census - but I know her roots go back quite far in the United States, and do come from Dutch roots - perhaps a little too far back for wooden shoes.
