Mary Tompkins, daughter of immigrant Ralph Tompkins, was baptized in Wendover, England on 16 May 1616/7. It is believed she was the FIRST wife of John Foster of Salem, Massachusetts, married about 1647.[1]
After her death, her husband, John Foster, may have remarried "Martha" who some people believe to be her half sister.
