Elizabeth Toney was born on November 9, 1825 in Preble County, Ohio, United States, daughter of Jesse Toney (1793–1878) and Eve Lybrook (1797–1835).[1]
Elizabeth married Elias Weaver (born in 1825). Their children were:

Elizabeth (27) married Daniel A High (24) (born in 1828 in Pennsylvania, United States) in 1853. Their children were:

Elizabeth died on September 1, 1905 in Woodland, Yolo County, California, United States, aged 79. She was buried in Woodland Cemetery, Woodland, Yolo County, California.[1]
