Jael was born 26 Oct 1691 in Hingham, Massachusetts. She is the daughter of Banjamin and Deborah (Garnet) Tower.[1]
She married Richard Stubbs of Hull, Suffolk, Massachusetts.[1]
She died 3 May 1738.[citation needed]
