Biography
Born in Sudbury 17 Sep 1789, the daughter of Silas and Ruth (Smith) Tower.[1] Married Reuben Howe of Rutland, Mass on 30 Apr 1809. He was born 18 May 1780, son of Matthias and Azubah (Davis) Howe.
