Joseph, son of John and Sarah (Harding) Tower, was born at Braintree, MA on February 27, 1685/86.[1]

(Married) intention only Sep. 1759, Hannah Jones, widow of Ephraim Jones, born at Weymouth, buried Sep. 17, 1760 as widow of Ephraim Jones, dau. of Joseph & Sarah (____) Richards of Weymouth.
Joseph Tower probably had but one wife, possibly two, certainly not three.
He is called "setwork cooper" in deeds, resided 1731-4 on the 15th lot on present Tower Hill, Randolph, then with son John who lived on Pond St. Braintree west side, at Randolph line. He was elected constable 1743 but was released from serving.
