Biography

Lemuel was born about 1832. He was the son of John Tower and Lydia Terrice or Trerice. He awas a miner, farmer and stone cutter. Following the death of his second wife, Lemuel married Mahala (Sears) Phinney, on July 28, 1892.[1]
