Benjamin Tower, son of John and Sarah (Harding) Tower, was born in Hingham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts Bay on January 25, 1673 or 1674. He married Deborah Whipple, of Providence RI.
He died in 1743 in Attleborough, Massachusetts Bay and was buried in Peck Cemetery, formerly in Attleborough, Massachusetts Bay in an area now known as Cumberland, Providence, Rhode Island.
