Matilda Townsend was born in 1822 in England.
Matilda married Abel Robinson in 1850 in Salem, Washington, New York. To this union was born at least four children, but only one survived; Martha.
Matilda passed away on the 9th December 1854 in New Jersey.
We find that Matilda Townsend came to the US in 1848 on the Ship Oxford along which also brought her to be husband Abel Robinson. It is indicated that they had 4 children, with Martha being the only survivor.
