Biography

Solomon was born in 1776. Solomon Townsend married Nancy Lyle on April 16, 1806, in Jackson County, Georgia. He died in 1854.^[1]

On April 16, 1806, Solomon married Nancy Lyle in Jackson County, Georgia. They had the following children:

In 1830, Solomon (age 30-40) and Nancy (age 15-20) lived in Anson, Georgia. They had one son under the age of 5. The ages can't be correct.

In the Civil War, Solomon served with the North Carolina Confederate 28th Infantry.

Solomon and Nancy are buried in Oakland Cemetery, Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia.
