Sir Henry Trafford (b. abt 1355) married Margaret (Margery) Plantagenet , sister of Edward l “Longshanks “ and daughter of King Henry III.
Reasons: 1) Margaret (Plantagenet) of Scots [Plantagenet-1229] appears to have only married once to Alexander (Dunkeld) of Scotland III, according to Margaret's wikitree entry and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margaret_of_England. 2) Margaret lived from 1240 to 1274 and the Henry quoted above lived from 1355 (to 1395, see note below), so the timelines do not match. 3) I cannot find a link from Joanna Trafford's ancestors to a Henry (de) Trafford who married Margaret Plantagenet in wikitree at the right date. 4) One source of confusion is that I can find a possible link in Geni to a Margaret, 1240-1320, daughter of a Henry Trafford and an Eleanor (Provence) (source: https://www.geni.com/people/Margaret/6000000003827902374). Note: I found a date of death for a Henry Trafford of 1395 (source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_Trafford_baronets): Henry Trafford died in 1395, holding the manors of Trafford and Stretford, together with part of the manor of Edgeworth.
