Philippa, daughter of Geoffrey de Trailly, married Hugh de Beauchamp. [1]
Philippa donated the land of her maritagium in Southill and Broom, Bedfordshire to Wardon abbey, for the souls of her father Geoffrey de Trailly and Hugh de Beauchamp her deceased husband, by undated charter witnessed by “Miles and Richard de Beauchamp her son. [2]
Because he is not mentioned in that charter, Cawley suggests that Philippa might not have been the mother of her husband's other known children including his heir Oliver.[1] (This is not conclusive evidence.)
