This William's correct Last Name at Birth should be TRASK. The printed version of the Massachusetts Vital Records in Salem makes a distinction between surnames spelled TRASK and TRASKE, and William is definitely in the Trask section.

Williams's two wives White-22337 and White-197 have been set as rejected matches. It doesn't seem likely he married two women named Ann White with the same Birth and Death years. But possible. Since there's no sources on either White record how do we KNOW it is not a duplicate?

Traske-23 and Trask-485 appear to represent the same person because: Trask is the correct last name at birth. See bio at Traske-23.
