Biography
Louie was born in Cornwall in late 1883 or early 1884. Her birth was registered in the 1st Quarter of 1884 in St Austell.

Louie was baptised on 3 March 1886 in Ladock. Her parents were recorded as Samuel Trethewy (sic), a miner, and Laura Melhuish Congdon (Trethewy), resident in St Stephen in Brannel. [2]
Louie married Thomas Fleetwood, a sick berth attendant in the Royal Navy, in St Mary's Church, Devonport, Plymouth, Devon, on April 22 1905. Louie's father was recorded as Samuel Richard (or possibly Rickard) Trethewey, a miner. [3]
She passed away in 1955. aged 71. Her death was registered in the 2nd Quarter in Redruth. [5]
