Biography

I deleted this Dabney Trice (Trice-119) as a son of William Trice and Anne - as the "other" Dabney Trice in his 1816 will in Louisa Co., Virginia

Whereas my mother Ann Trice some years past conveyed to me by deed recorded in Louisa her interest in slaves that were willed to her by her late husband William Trice, also her interest in her dower land and since my illness my mother is desirous I should relinquish that right, it is my will that the said slaves be delivered to her at the expiration of the present year if I die before that time.
