Francis was a Friend (Quaker)

108. Francis5 Tripp (James4, John3, John2, Nathaniel1) was born June 03, 1705 in Dartmouth, Bristol County, Massachusetts, and died Bef. May 1780 (the date his Will went to probate) in Tiverton, Newport County, Rhode Island. He married (1) Wait Chase April 22, 1725 in N. Providence, Rhode Island, daughter of Isaac Chase and Elizabeth Blithen. She was born April 24, 1703 in Swansea, Bristol County, Massachusetts. He married (2) Content Griffeth June 30, 1756 in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, daughter of Jeremiah Griffeth and Mary.[1] She was born in Dartmouth, Bristol County, Massachusetts. He married (3) Desire Hoxie July 06, 1758 in Sandwich, Massachusetts. She died Aft. 1779.

Francis Tripp didn't die before March 1, 1779 as he wrote his will on that date. He did die bef. May 1780 when it went to probate. Just an observation.
