They had five children during their marriage. Her daughter Martha Ellen was born in 1867 in Mosheim, Tennessee.Her daughter Mary Ann was born on October 8, 1869, in Tennessee. Her daughter Margaret R. was born in 1872 in Tennessee. Her daughter Sophia was born on May 19, 1874, in Tennessee. Her son Noah T. was born on December 9, 1876, in Tennessee. She died on March 24, 1908, in her hometown at the age of 64, and was buried in Greeneville, Tennessee
